With over 25 years of experience as a teacher and senior leader, as well as being a mother of four, I understand the immense pressure that comes with balancing work, family, and personal well-being. I've seen first-hand how stress can impact mental health and performance, and I've experienced it myself.
I also know that change is possible. Through my own journey of overcoming burnout and overwhelm with hypnotherapy, I discovered a powerful set of skills and techniques that have transformed my life. Now, I'm passionate about sharing these tools with others so they too can break free from anxiety and reclaim their lives and vitality.
